I haven’t received my confirmation email
The confirmation email comes from firstname.lastname@example.org and sometimes can be found in your Junk Mail inbox. The Box Office are able to resend the confirmation email, please contact them with your order reference number and it can be resent. Alternatively, bring a valid form of ID and your order reference number and you will be able to collect your tickets from the Box Office.
When will I receive my tickets?
All tickets are Print At Home. We do not post out tickets for any Great Yorkshire Fringe events.

Where is my venue?
The Great Yorkshire Fringe site is located on Parliament Street in York City Centre. But this year we have venues across the city. Please visit the appropriate venue page for your booking where you will find location information.
Are the venues fully accessible?
We have a whole host of different venues for this year's festival, some established venues such as York Barbican and The Grand Opera House and some temporary, such as the White Rose Rotunda, Teapot and The Arts Barge, each venue has different levels of accessibility, please refer to the venue pages on the website to find out more and if you have any concerns please contact the Box Office.
We do advise that all customers with access needs to contact box office to make their booking.
What time does the show start?
Each show has the time the performance will begin published with the event details. All shows will begin at the advertised time, if there is a support act the headline artist may not be on stage at the advertised time, but this is not usually the case for festival shows.
Why are there Booking Fees?
As we are a small independent festival we rely on the booking fees from tickets enable us to operate a call centre and online Box Office from well ahead of the festival allowing for customers to book in advance for popular events.
The fee also allows us to employ staff from the local area on a fair wage for our Box Office for the duration of the festival rather than relying on volunteers.
All tickets purchased for the Grand Opera House include a £1.25 per ticket restoration fee. And York Barbican charge a 65p restoration fee.
There is a one-off per transaction fee of £1 when purchasing in person at the Box Office which will be onsite in Parliament Street throughout the Fringe.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are only able to exchange tickets to another date or time of the same show no later than 48 hours before the start time of the event for which the original booking has been made. All ticket exchanges will incur a charge of £2.50 per transaction.
We are unable to offer a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances and only at the company's complete discretion. All ticket refunds will incur a charge of £2.50 per ticket.
Tickets are non transferable. If you sell or purchase tickets for this event via a reseller such as Seatwave, Viagogo, GetMeIn, TicketsNow, StubHub or Ebay or any outlet other than Great Yorkshire Fringe or one of its authorised agents, the ticket will be cancelled without refund.
Concessions are available for Under 16s (where the show allows), Students in full time education (with valid identification), Senior Citizens and visitors with disabilities. Concessions are not always available. Please refer to the performance you wish to attend for details.
