The Great Yorkshire Fringe will take place between the 18th and 28th July 2019 and will see the historic city of York's well known thoroughfare transformed into a vibrant and exciting central festival hub. To celebrate our 5th birthday we will be spreading out across the city into even more cultural venues with our eclectic mix of comedy, music, theatre, cabaret and family friendly fun.

I haven’t received my confirmation email
The confirmation email comes from firstname.lastname@example.org and sometimes can be found in your Junk Mail inbox. The Box Office are able to resend the confirmation email, please contact them with your order reference number and it can be resent. Alternatively, bring a valid form of ID and your order reference number and you will be able to collect your tickets from the Box Office.
When will I receive my tickets?
All tickets are Print At Home. We do not post out tickets for any Great Yorkshire Fringe events.

Where is my venue?
The Great Yorkshire Fringe site is located on Parliament Street in York City Centre.
What time does the show start?
If a show is advertised at being 7.30pm then that is the time the programme will start. Any show that does not have a support artist listed will mean that the main artist is on at the advertised start time.

Why are there Booking Fees?
As we are a small independent festival we rely on the booking fees from tickets enable us to operate a call centre and online Box Office from well ahead of the festival allowing for customers to book in advance for popular events.
The fee also allows us to employ staff from the local area on a fair wage for our Box Office for the duration of the festival rather than relying on volunteers.
All tickets purchased for the Grand Opera House include a £1.25 per ticket restoration fee.
There is a one-off per transaction fee of £1 when purchasing in person at the Box Office which will be onsite in Parliament Street throughout the Fringe.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are only able to exchange tickets to another date or time of the same show no later than 48 hours before the start time of the event for which the original booking has been made. All ticket exchanges will incur a charge of £2.50 per transaction.
We are unable to offer a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances and only at the company's complete discretion. All ticket refunds will incur a charge of £2.50 per ticket.
Tickets are non transferable. If you sell or purchase tickets for this event via a reseller such as Seatwave, Viagogo, GetMeIn, TicketsNow, StubHub or Ebay or any outlet other than Great Yorkshire Fringe or one of its authorised agents, the ticket will be cancelled without refund.
